bad stumble

I don't know if this has been addressed yet, (it probably has) but... I'm getting a real bad stumble, turbo-burp when I accellerate; it stumbles, misses, the turbo L.E.D.s flare, then it picks up and takes-off. My scanmaster doesn't register anything on retard and all parameters seem to be good. (It could be happenening so quick that the s/m doesn't cath it) The engine is recently rebuilt, B&B; I just installed a test-pipe, RJC power-plate and Thrasher chip and it really woke-up the car, but this stumble is worrisome. l pease advise!

Need a little more detail. Is it a tip-in stumble when you first mat it or is it after some boost builds? If so what boost level does it occur? Is it consistant?

It occurs immediatey upon initial acceleration: mash the go pedal; stumble, led's flare & then it picks up and runs like a bat-outa-hell. Don't notice it at speed, 02's look okay and no knock retard registering on scanmaster

Does it make a loud pop sound?
Does it do it if you gradually apply WOT?

No loud pop, but seems to happen consistently when I put a load on the engine, from a stop or letting it idle in park and then giving it gas, either easing onto the pedal or mashing it. The girlfriend demands a go-fast that won't embarrass her when she is driving it. (technically the car is titled in her name, so every once in a while she thinks it is okay for her to drive it!?! especially now that I've tweaked it a bit)
