Wanted to express my thanks to Bob Bailey for the above and beyond service he provided to me this week. My scanmaster-g was sent back to have the dim screen updated. He received it from me on Wednesday. I then reached out to him on Thursday to simply ask that depending on his turnaround time, I'd like to see if I could get the gauge back this weekend. I would have been fine if he said no. He said he would see what he could do. He turned it around same day and I paid to have it overnighted back to me so I could have it in time to install for some weekend activities with the car.
Huge thanks to Bob for being so helpful with this request and generous with his time. Amazing service!!
