Who thinks that Barry Bonds Home Run records should be allowed in the record books? Hank Aaron has come out and spoken against him.

It has been proven that being on roids only lets you hit 10-20 feet farther (thats 2.5%-5% distance to centerfields in most parks). The difference between hitting a homerun and hitting a pop out is millimeters on the bat, so can you argue that it takes Barry Bonds takes at the most 10 at bats to hit the ball just right. You cant argue a person hitting a 96mph fastball within millimeters of the sweet spot of the bat (if everyone could do it everyone would be playing baseball) so it goes over the fence. I dont care that he is using or not. HE CAN STILL HIT THE BALL IN THE SWEET SPOT CANT HE?![]()

the record books are for the quality of player someone is, not the quality of person. i think not putting him in is a mistake. what he did was on the field and thats what the record books are about. what about babe ruths drinking i've heard about? would you take him out because he wasn't an ideal athlete?

It should stay valuable. He was a great player. Plus, he broke records like a man. He didn't need to stick needles in his ass to hit homeruns.
