If this car was a turbo convert you may have an electrical nightmare on your hands , who knows how the wiring was done and by who .If you dont have a volt meter get one , check the wire going from the battery to the alternater on the ohms to see if its good . Im on L.I too mabe i can help you out if your really stuck , but id just start looking around for any obviously bad wires ( worn , broke , etc) go under the dash and look around in the engine bay. When i first pulled the motor from my wrecked GN i cut the engine harness with a bolt cutter , boy that was dumb figured id part the salvaged stuff Fu(k the harness, but got it back together after deciding to rebuild the remains.
