Battery Tie Down Bolt

I am looking for a battery tie down bolt as well as the threaded end that goes into the sheet metal. Mine seems to be missing and for the life of me I can't find a replacement anywhere.

I know I have extra bolts and should have a speed clip that will work with it.
I will have to look tomorrow though.
