In D, my scanmaster reads 13.2-13.3 battery voltage. Is this where it should be?

Depending on load and conditions, I'd say anything between 12.3-14.5 could be seen as normal.

Yours is fine.

Agree... though I wouldn't want to see low 12.x volts @ WOT. That will noticeably reduce fuel pumping capacity.
