Saturday Oct 9th New england dragway is hosting A BATTLE of GM Brands.
If anyone cares.. I guess this would be a good event for some of you Buick & TTA guys to whip some BUTT. :biggrin:

Oh this is an Evening event cause CHEVY FEST is during day.

I will be at Chevyfest. Going to try to introduce my 9 year old to cars, if I can keep him occupied long enough. I call him the Squirrel cause that is his attention span.

The track can be brutal for waiting. If there is an accident forget it they take too long to clean up.

We are only 35 mins away, but 2.5 hrs for you is terrible.

I will tell the guys you will be up there next week. Have fun.

No accident, there was water caming out of the crack's of the track.that friday you guys had about 3in of rain.

I was at NED today and saw a ROSEWOOD T with a chute. Was that Jimmy's?

Also saw a BLACK NATIONAL from RI.

I have a nice photo of the Rosewood car.

ON another note My 17 year old said DAD CAN I race my MONTE next year when I am 18. :biggrin: I think the DRAGS WOKE him up LOL

SHIZ! Wish I stayed, I blew out about 3pm to go across to thier new MOTO CROSS track .

It was very windy today hope he does well.

After seeing all the nice cars I decided to wash & wax mine when I got home.

Imagine what you could do with her. I wanted to get the bottom painted silver like the hood bump. I also wanted the back of the spoiler silver.

NO,his best is 8.80 at147mph..we know the car has a 8.40! that with a 76 turbo.

I am sure he will get there... Yesterday had a strong crosswind but great tempature in the mid 50's

Thanks for putting up the picture. Lots of cars at the track today.
As for mine, I think the auto zone coil pack is all done. Had to change plugs as it was breaking up on second pass, and on the third pass it pulled good to the 1000' then lost power. It had a dead skip on the return road and putting it on the trailer. Have not checked it out yet. Be back for the 275 radial race on the 17th. Hopefully the car will go good because I'll need all it's got for that one.
