Yes it will help as it is 116oct if you mix it with 93 3:1 it will end up with 99 octane with 1oz of mm oil.

Do a search (sorry)

fuel

Hi I was running 20% xylene with 91 octane and it worked great.BUT when I started runnung av gas it changed everything,I was getting 14 knock with pump gas at 18 psi. But when I ran aviation fuel knock dropped to 3 maybe 5, I have an 85 hotair so knock is a real problem (I dont have alky yet but soon). Out here in mesa arizona I can get AV gas for 2.25 a gallon instead of 91 for 1.75 and zylene for 26.00 for 5 gallons. Also before you try it remember that the ave gas will probably screw up your cat so keep that in mind cuz its a leaded fuel. (nobody runs cats out here just for when gettin emissions)

Av gas may have alcohol in it as well for altitude. Keep it from frezzing. Careful since it can tearup your rubber lines, fuel pump, and injectors..Your fuel system is not designed with alky in mind.

Best thing is run 100+ no-lead, or get an alky kit.
