I changes the size of one of the pulleys. Now, the serpentine belt is too long. Is there a way to measure so I get the correct belt?

I'd take a long piece of string and run it as a belt would be run. Then when the ends met,I'd measure it.
That should at least get you in the ballpark. Lessen your measurement to compensate for the tensioner.
