bench bleeding new master cylinder

Converting to vacuum brakes and I want to use new parts. I've been trying to bleed the MC and am not sure it is bled. I have attached two clear lines to the two ports and ran them back in to the resevoir(sp). Pressing the brake rod a number of times I can see no bubbles in the resevoir though I can see fluid is flowing. Does this sound like the MC is bled?

Once the bubbles are gone it's bled.
