best chip for mpg?

Wondering if anyone has suggestions on which chip delivers best mpg? Heard various stuff about "lean cruise" but who does it best and does it reallly work? I'm in CA where octane is low and I'll be running 30lb green stripes, Walbro 307 hotwired, maybe 237 regulator, 3" DP with duals, cone filter. Thx...

The Extenders, MaxEffort, and Thrashers have lean cruise. Best milage I've ever gotten was with Jay Carter 93 and Extender chips. (27-29 mpg). Haven't had enough road time with MaxEffort to get mpg with that. Thrashers where mid 20's.
