best dfi system

109block,steel main caps(four),steel crank (3.625),k1 rods,diamond pistons(.30),cometic head gaskets,gn1 heads,champion intake,70mmtb & plenum,200r4trans.& artcarr N-stall conv.(3500).I have 60lb injectors now but plan to get bigger ones. should I go with duel fuel pumps intank or one external? would like to run low 10's if possible!
