Best driveway crack filler?

I am looking for crack filler. Not the plastic/rubbery stuff. Stuff that will harden like cement. Then I am going to seal it. Cracks are less than 1/4". Who has experience with this?

I used this to fill in cracks in my garage floor before putting down epoxy. It worked extremely well.
