Best Girdle for TTA

Posted over in general then realized this would be where to ask.
I am having my TTA engine rebuilt and am considering having a girdle installed. I have heard both ways, also was wondering if there are any problems getting a girdled engine in a TTA, space wise. And last but not least Who makes the best girdle, strength wise not ease of installation.

Problemo is since it acts like an oil pan spacer..ya cant use the stock front crossmember..You either do the billet caps or do the girdle and replace the front crossmember with a tubular unit..big $$$

I already have the main caps and studs, why can't you do both?

Clearance under the oil pan is different from a TTA to a GN..The TTA barely clears the stock oil pan..Lots of room under the oil pan of a GN..in the crossmemeber area

I guess you could get and torch out a foot section of the crossmember and get the additional clearance..on the TTA...
