best place to get turbo rebuild parts??

I'm in the process of rebuilding my engine after a spun bearing and thought I'd take a look in the turbo to see if there's any damage. Everything looks OK, just dirty. Looks like some metal did made it up to the turbo. It looks easy enough to change the bearings and seals. I think if I put it back together the same way the balance should be OK.
Anybody know were to get parts for this stock turbo?? Am I out of my mind for doing this without proper equipment??
