Best Shop to Rebuild Tranny in Amarillo Area

Just wanted to get some input as to who you would take you tranny to for a rebuild. I'm in Amarillo but would travel to Dallas area to have the tranny worked on.

Hey Kevin,

How's everything been going? I'm sorry but I would have to disagree with you. I'm not that big of fan of George. I think I found a guy in Plano that I am going to get to do the work. He built a transmission for a guy that I know and he does killer work. George was even impressed at how that tranny shifted. Looks like you've been busy with some mods. What do you think of that Thunder Fab I/C?

everthing is been ok here.good luck on the tranny.i like the ic.made allot of diff. i went 12.26 in noble but i was running out of inj.

Jonathan, I just got my tranny rebuilt and it shifts great. This guy works on a lot of race cars, and high hp street cars in the area. He rebuilt my tranny for $1450 bucks........AND gave me a 2 year warranty! I asked him...."you know I race this car, right?"
He says "Yep, now go out and try to tear it up"
Some other TR guys in the area are going to him now also.

Ask the tranny guy in Plano if he will give you a 2 year warranty.
