Best Trans For S2 car

Well its about time i get a trans for my car. Im thinking th400 w/reverse manual valve body, and a .63 third gear "same as od in the 2004r" with a switch pitch converter 5000 high 2000 low

the car will be street driven

any better ideas, and the Best place to have it built.

Mainly street or race??
I went 400 with my stage engine for reliability
There may be a few here that say it can be done with a 2004r but get ready to part with some major cash to do it
A t400 is tried and true reliabilty for a lot less.

I dont believe a 400 can be had with a .63 3rd gear, I think only 1-1 like 3rd in the 2004r,Although with 3.42 gears and 28" tires i run about 70 on the highway at 3000rpm or so
