whats the best way to bleed brakes, on a 87 gn ??????????
do i need to, push the plunger in, on the brass block ?
any tips ??
thanks

start with the wheel furthest away from the master cylinder... right rear.. then left rear... then right front... then left front

have someone else pump up the brake pedal until it is firm... then you unscrew the bleeder on the back of the drum/caliper until fluid comes out
-your friend still holding down the brake pedal.. then you tighten up the bleeder...
then keep repeating until only fluid comes out of the bleeder and no air... then you move onto the next wheel

it is pretty easy and just gets a lil messy

good luck!

gravity bleeding works well for me. basically you just pour in fluid, then open all the bleeders until they have a nice steady stream, then tighten them.

anyone ever hear this ?????????

The spring loaded plunger on the front of the proportioning valve should be depressed while bleeding the system.
