I don't like to post negative comments, and have never done it before, but I felt that I needed to warn the fellow members about this guy.
I sold him a block a couple months ago,and arranged to have it crated up and shipped for him, which he paid for. I had it shipped by a buddy who owns a business and gets a substantial discount on freight charges to save him $. At my buddy's request I specifically asked Rico if he could have it shipped to a business with a loading dock, as the shipping is more if the freight line has to rent a truck with a lift to deliver the block. He gave me the business name and address, and assured me that they had a loading dock. I subsequently got a call from my buddy saying that there was no loading dock, the freight line had to rent a smaller truck to deliver it, and that the freight line charged him another $110 for the delivery. I've left text messages and voice messages (he won't answer my calls) explaining the deal with no results.
Watch out for him.
