Jet hot 2000 all the way! Did my THDP about 5 years ago and still looks like the day I took it out of the box. Some day will get my headers and crossover done by them.

Sorry to hear you got ripped off. Are they going to stand by their product? Seems like they should have some sort of warranty.

thats definately spray paint coating off a shelf,i would try to take him to small claims..i used the spray can kind for my jaguar headers,followed the directions perfectly and they still look great,and thats over a year ago and many track passes..

Whoever reads this will tell another 10 people and so on. Eventually i hope they go out of buisness for doing terrible quality work. Its only a matter of time.

put them on ebay,telling who did them with alot of pics and how old the work is,but put a hi reserve on them so they dont sell,list them for 9 days and send the guys the item #.... :biggrin:

You can still send them to Jet Hot. They aren't ruined yet. The Jet Hot 2000 is awesome.

Those do look spray painted. I can't imagine how mad I would be. Thanks for posting this. Hopefully it will hurt their business REAL BAD.

Do what Tommynos said, that is a VERY good idea!!!! List it for our cars and under ceramic coated headers along with a sub line. I am very happy with my Jet Hot!! DP, Headers, turbo and will be getting my whole exhaust done soon!!

Like the others said, those look sprayed on. If you're in the Pacific north west, Northwest Industrial Coatings is the training and certification facility for high temp coatings. They can probably fix your headers for reasonable price, or you can have it jethotcoated. In northern CA, I used Accessories Plus and have had great success.

It really does look like spray on stuff. I had a fealing it was when i first got it back, i took a scotch pad to a part of the DP because i kno0w ceramic is not supposed to scratch or anything. Well, i hit it with a quick pass and i came off like powder. JUNK!!!!!

That sucks Scott Shiner of Northeast Turbo did the same thing to me - he actually talked me out of Jet Hot claiming his people do a better job - what a crock! he is a hack with a spray can

This thread won't do much good without him knowing about how many won't use him for anything beyond this point and I would certainly pay the $45 to small claims his ass!!!!!! Jet Hot and HPC are certainly the way to go!!
