Quite some time ago before the board crash someone posted ( I think he was from the Carolinas ) he had made an adaptor to mount an 86-87 turbo to the intake that used off the shelf o-rings. Anybody know who it is and can he still make them. My turbo is out and I would like to upgrade with out all the head aches I've read about ( cut and hose clamp to intake). Thanks

im going to be having a guy make a piece like that very soon for my car. im puting a ta-54 turbo on my car and he is going to make a adapter piece like that for me. i will have to let you know how it turns out and if soo i will see if i can get some extras made. there not cheep as machine work is alot i think o could sell them for about 100 or so

I remember the post but, since the crash can't pull it up anymore. You asked a few questions and so did I but, it didn't go any further. I hoped you may have remembered. Boost 231 I'm going to check with a few shops around here. I live near the gulf and a lot of shops do boat or oilfield work. I'm going to see what I can come up with. Thanks for your replies.

it would sure be nice to have a piece that will make the 87 turbo bolt right up
