Finally getting some real time on these new 325/50/15 MT Street R tire, Moser 9" with 3.70 gears (3.46 effective gear) and Viking Berzerker shocks 99% straight with HR Rear Bar.

This combo is a street light obliterater.
It's been super hard to even chirp the tires even with a 2k 0psi foot brake and decent hammer out the hole, Hooks awesome and I get light headed it pulls so hard, all on the street no track prep. 1st gear is plenty to just bus lengths people and then cruise without speeding, perfect.

MT 275/60/15 SS was not even close, these 325 Rs are so huge and sticky they are totally laying cars to waste. C6 was so many cars behind after I 75% TPS short shifted first gear I hit the brakes, I'll test with Draggy soon but easy 1.7s 60ft at 0psi I bet.

15x10, 4.5" bs, frame notch and rolled quarters.

After all the hell I went through, this was worth it and I haven't even tested the limits.
Even motorcycles got smoked and I'd let them go first (no crotch rockets yet, those aren't getting the hit).

295/65/15 are probably more practical for us without the notch, real street sticky tires here.

Not gonna test any damp water or rain though, no real thread here.

The ss tire has too stiff a sidewall for these cars if the torque is there.
The R tire has the sidewall like the pro does.
i ran the 315 pro and r tire for awile on my nt car on the street😉
glad your enjoying a good hook👍
Putting a bus length on someone through the 330 on the street is an awesome time

My old 58mm stock motored combo@3800lbs would go 1.5 60fts leaving at 3200rpm at 1psi on a real street(no prep or burnout)off the light on the 325/50/15
On an 8 inch rim no notch.
Right off the footbrake

Thanks for the info, I'll Draggy a 3000rpm 0psi and see what happens and go from there. 1.5 on the street is almost unfair for everyone else to even stay close unless you find another Street R or Pro tire car.

The level is much higher now
That was a long time ago😉

Would love to see the Draggy video 0-120... in Mexico of course ;)

Ya Mexico, that's where I'll do it. Hahaha

Traction control, great shocks, rear bar setups and these slick like tires makes the mods worth it vs a smoke show of cash at the line that's wasted.

Spool, you use Driveshaft sensor as your traction control?

I've been talking about this for a long time.
Guys just buy really expensive parts and think the car should do this vs that, but the reality is that's just the start.
The problem is alot of guys can't setup their combos to run on the street hard or even get them to run within a second of their track times once they produce a certain power/power curve level.
Wheelspin and turbo lag doesn't win races.
I get alot of guys that really want a very fun to drive street car.
I will say this about the traction control setups
It's possible to get these cars to go 1.5 off the footbrake one a real street no prep
Without traction control even at full weight,on a mild build.
Or it can be done on a high dollar build but the approach has to be different.

Keep me posted GN I'm trying to compare.. If you get that 1.7 or better Please let us know.. On the draggy I was 1.86 on a regular black top & 1.83 off a bridge. but mine is with 275/60s. Previously off the street best I could get was. 2.0s & 2.1s lol

Yes its a big difference!
trick is to get into the sweetspot for the power curve that yields a good 60ft😉
