80 obo needs to be sent back to bhj the key way is a lil messed up. Repair is about 150 last time I checked. New balancer is about 450 last time I checked.

This isn't Ebay but perhaps if it had been advertised as "Best Offer" or "Best Offer Over $80" there wouldn't have been any misunderstandings or hard feelings.

I have to say if I hear or best offer I assume that means the price or less. Assume is the key word though, however I think it rings true 90+% of the time.
