Big cranks?

Has any one run a 3.70, 3.75 or bigger crank in a stage 2 on center. I know that Oliver rods is better clearance. Is the cam a issue?

Good question. I thought that I have heard of more, but I can not remember specifics!

I think Chris Cairns has a motor with a 3.75" stroke. Dan Strezo built it, so you might call him for details.

Crower had some 3.75 cranks laying around.
Sounds like a 280 to 285ci deal.
I wonder what lenght rods you should use?
