BIG HP with LOW BOOST?

I can't afford a Stage 2 buildup. But I would like to run 10.90's (guarenteed) with no more than 20 PSI. I have a TE63 Turbo, 72# inj, 2 307 F/P's, and M&A heads. Can this combo do this? If not what can???

We have almost the same parts. I went 11.17 with a street chip, and not locking the converter at 20PSI.
You have the 210/205 and I have the 218. You should be able to make enough down low to achieve that.Or, at least very close. With my converter the car would bog just a little at launch then take off. As witnessed on video.
I suggest moving down to 55`s, 72`s may slow you down due to heavy fueling,on the bottom end.Maybe even 009`s since you have a double pumper and can ran alot of fuel pressure safely.

Sounds like a chip problem, more then an injector problem.
Got a DS, or bin file?.
