Big shaft precision turbos... Use garret rebuild kit?

So after speaking with precision they claim they do not sell rebuild kits/parts for their turbos. Yet I have had precision turbos rebuilt (davesturbos) several times. (different turbos). When I asked Dave about this he said they just use garret "stuff". I'm running a pt-68 and would like to rebuild it. Can I use this kit?
