Just wanted to thank you again for the help you have given me on hooking up the AMS500 electrontic boost controller. Posts like these are important in my view for others that seek this level of commitment from our Vendors. I gave Cal a call and talked to Holly. She said he was out but would be back in 30min. Just before I was going to pick up the phone to call him again. The phone rings and there Cal is. He talked me through the hook up procedure and told me to give him a shout later when I try it out. Keep in mind this is long distance and he stayed on the phone with me for over a half hour to make sure I understood everything before he got off the phone with me. I called him back at around 9:30 - 10:00pm on his cell phone to let him know how it went. Good thing I did that because he also went through some other stuff regarding my program that also helped out large. That kinda customer service is priceless. The only other vendor I have had that experience with is Dan at DLS. I just wanted the Buick Community to understand what kind of vendors we are blessed with having at our disposal. Lots of time we are happy with our connections we have made, but don't share the info with others. I just wanted to express my appreciation and let others know the level of commitment Cal has to our community. Thanks again Cal.
