Happy Birthday Bruce!!! I know how you feel. My birthday was on the
22nd!!

Thank you, Jeremy! Yeah, I know just what you go through, why couldn't we be born in some other months. With my luck, if that wish came true, I would have been born on April 20, Hitler's birthday:rolleyes: Go figure.

And Happy Birthday (belated, of course) to you. Thank you again.

Happy birthday Bruce.

This is the first year I got age-props on here. If I didn't get them this year, I was going to fly to Kansas and hit Ty in the head with a frozen possum.

Have a good one!

Ah, Jeez, that hit my funny bone about Ty!!!!:D Good one!

Thank you for the birthday wishes. I sure appreciate it. Enjoy that nice California weather now, as it's 21 right now and it looks like the squirrels are freezing their "nuts" for the winter. You know, as in food.

Happy belated birthday! Hope it was a good day for you. :)

Evans, thank you kindly for the birthday wishes. Made me happy.

Macon, GA!??! ALRIGHT!!!!! I've been there a couple of times.

I sat on Duane Allman's tombstone and played his song, "Little Martha" for him on my Gibson. This was before they made that gravesite enclosed so no one can get near Duane and Berry's graves. So, just in time for me, and I had my late Dad with me, my Mom and Brother when I did it. Only time my Dad cried when I played that song....my brother took a nice photo of me sitting there playing away. I love Rose Hill Cemetery, as all of Macon City. It's a nice place, only hot as hell in the summer!!! Isn't the guitar on Duane's stone and bass guitar on Berry's stone cool? The first eight measures of "Little Martha" is what's engraved on Duane's headstone. I'll be lucky to get a trashcan lid for my tombstone with my name, etc. in magic marker....:rolleyes:

Hey Bruce. It can't be your birthday because it's mine. Oh well. I guess we can share. Ditto on the Christmas gifts. They used to always hold one back for me to open the next day. I miss those old Christmases.

By the way. Happy Birthday. :D

Hey, sorry, but I coundn't stop from coming out on that same day...blame my Mother, she's the culprit!

I know what you mean, and I miss those old Christmases just as bad....my family and relatives are all almost gone.....it's a tough time sometimes around Christmas.

Thank you the wishes and the same back at ya!!!! Happy Birthday!

Let me explain here......it looks like I'm a "post whore" here but it's not like that....I figured that everyone who individually took the time to wish me a Happy Birthday deserves the same consideration of a personal answer....as all of the wishes just cheered me up so much.....

I had the biggest damn cold starting the day before Christmas and was sick as a dog all through until now.....all my birthday plans were scrapped, was too sick to even sit up at times.....I'm now feeling somehwhat better and able to feel part of the human race again. Only thing is, I gave my cold to my sweetheart wife, who has been in bed sick as another dog since my birthday....go figure....we couldn't go out, do anything but puke!

I've been taking care of her all day now and trying to make her feel better, as any husband should do for his wife....but....she smiled a lot when I told her of all the good guys (that's you guys here) came on the board and sent me birthday wishes. You all made me smile and my wife, Shirley, happy. So, for that...that's why I wanted to thank all of you with an indvidual post, not to be a 'Post Whore". Jeez, I heard someone say that term here and it just cracked me up.

So, anyway, all of you, I very much appreciate all the nice, kind wishes and words....you all really made my birthday for me.

Thank you all from the heart. God bless all of you, and have a great and safe New Year. You're just a great group of buddies....I love you all.
