Totally different wheels than a 45a. A 45a is a 66 large shaft compressor with a p trim turbine. Usually a clipped p trim turbine. The te60 is very close to a te44 and requires a lot less converter and engine to spool well. 45a is a low 10 sec turbo. Te60 high tens. The te60 can be converted to a p trim turbine and will support quite a bit more mass flow.
