Bl question

Noticed today BL 142 at Idle , 136 at 65 mph take foot off gas 128.
Wondering would temp have any thing to do with bl's. just started driving car again it has been sitting for a while,fp 45 line off , all other numbers look good.

check your vacuum lines

vaccum lines replaced .

Add some base fuel in the translator or chip.
That should bring the BLM down.
