Take the fuel psi up a little more, 45psi line off, then reset the ECM to let it relearn. Take a drive and see what the BLM's do after it warms up.

Different octanes of gasoline won't affect it a huge amount, but if the fuel was leaded, it might have killed the O2 sensor.
Trying to run a mix of other fuels like E85, will definitely throw the BLM's off.
