Take the fuel psi up a little more, 45psi line off, then reset the ECM to let it relearn. Take a drive and see what the BLM's do after it warms up.

sup eric well i started messing with the tune i took out some fuel base and its spooling up alot better the bl's dropped a bit also not sure if i want to keep taking out fuel.. so i'll retry later or in the morning ive done so much to this POS today im drained.. im going based on your write up on tuning 6.0 chip.. lb up to #4 then dropped it from 128 to 118 and kept my wot a/f the 10.8 dont really want to mess with the mid fueling so im just keeping that @ 99, like you suggested maybe i dropped it some not sure i'll check in the am

Different octanes of gasoline won't affect it a huge amount, but if the fuel was leaded, it might have killed the O2 sensor.

Trying to run a mix of other fuels like E85, will definitely throw the BLM's off.

yea well that could be my culprit, i decided to run straight 93 this tank...but regardless of the fact 93 pump has ethanol in it

I was mixing 91 and 110 unleaded. No e85.

E85 requires a different air/fuel ratio to burn correctly (stoich). A larger amount of fuel is required. Since the chip is not calibrated for it, the a/f goes lean. The computer senses the lean condition using the O2 sensor and adds fuel to compensate. The result is higher BLM.
