I have a stock 87 GN with a 237 fuel pressure regulator and a JC94 chip. At idle the BLMs go down to 113 to 114 and hovers around that. The INT is 128 and the TPS is adjusted to .42V. The MAF is 007 g/s. Also concerned because the LV8 is 128 and appears to be locked. Normally it should be around 50 - 60 during idle. I have replaced the spark plugs, ignition coil and module, fuel injectors and another MAF. I also tried the stock chip and the BLMs is the same.

Question: What would cause the BLMs to go to 113-114. My other GN normally stays pretty close to 128 using the same chip. Also what would cause the LV8 to be high?

Thank you for any help on this!

I'll bet it's because the 237 runs a little higher base fuel psi, as compared to the stock unit. So, the ECM is simply adjusting for the higher than expected flow, sorta.

Don't know about the LV8, 128 at idle is strange. The car is going into closed loop?

I pretty much have the same BLM's with the 237 and RA93 chip. Don't remember INT or LV8 tho, I'll keep an eye on the way home. I figgered the same as Warpspeed.
I'm not too worried about it. I know that the 237 FPR plus my RA make for a real rich combo.
