Blm Question

My Blm at temperature with car running at idle is 142 and 127. here are pics that show it with rpm. Any idea what would cause fluctuation?

Does it bounce back and forth between those two numbers while at a steady idle?

It stays at 142 most of the time. One a minute it will read 127 but idle was high also so I don't know if that is playing a part of it. Just installed new pcv valve
