Hi All,

Finally have my truck up & running again after several months of nightmares. Several things have changed since the last successful run, mainly the MSD 50# injectors. I noticed on T-Link that the BLM reading started out around 125 and slowly dropped during the session to 105. INT was running 120 - 135 and varying though this range. I put it in ALDL mode to watch injector pulse, which stayed at "0" while idling. On any throttle, it jumped from "0" to 250ms and stayed there at any other throttle position (no load). MAF was 9 at idle. Is it normal to have a "0" pulse-width? What could be causing the over-rich idle, if not the 50#'s?

Forgot to mention - Lubrant 93 street chip (also have a JC variable boost to try later). Also it ALWAYS shows 15 knock counts no matter what.

TIA!

Welp, I wouldn't worry too much about the 105 blms, since it's not bottomed out at 90. It may just mean that your chip needs adjusted a little.
That MAF reading of 9 at idle isn't good,, should be @5, unless it's a high idle, but that's still high. Does the MAF sensor read 255, or there abouts, at WOT? The 15 knock counts could be from a lower than correct MAF reading, and thus the ecm not giving enough fuel/PW. What's your fuel pressure? Might raise it alittle to solve the knock counts, but that'll lower your blms at idle too, of course. I always tune fuel PSI for WOT, and just monitor BLMs at idle. As long as it's above 90, and below 150, then it's not really rich or lean, since the computer is adjusting like it's suppose too. It just that the chip is programmed alittle rich, or lean, whatever the case may be.
Don't know what to tell you about the "0" PW at idle, might be normal.

Well, the truck's not yet driveable, so I can't say much about WOT parameters. I asked to have an 850 idle speed in my chip, but the IAC needs replacing, as IAC counts do not change. I was mainly curious to see if others using 50# injectors were showing low BLM's and 0 pulse widths.

Not me, from Direct Scan 1.52.

Cell 1, idle, has learned in at 134.

Injector Pulse Width is anywhere from 2.5 ms to 2.7 ms at idle.
