blown head gaskets!!!

Yeah the reason I lost my race to the v6 stang was because of blown head gaskets!! So while I'm replacing the does any one have any recommendations on any internal parts I should get?

not just head gaskets...

also had bad plugs...bad water pump...and the cam and lifters are showing wear..and the turbo has some play...all in all costing me $830

Save your self alot of money down the line, and change main, rod, and cam bearings!
