Blue rear seat belts

I have a 85 T-type transmission, will it work in my 87 GN? Just want to know if the governor is the same. I know the valve body isn’t. Can it be modified to work correctly in my car?

will work just fine ,shifts will be the same and even speedo will be good, the BQ is setup for turbo 3.8 3.42 gear

The lock up plug on the side is different as well.but will work as to shift points
