Well I was thinking my turbo was bad but I put a stock one on the car and still smokes like a champ does this look like rings

Valve seals, valve guide clearance, bad rings, are possible.

If you're burning coolant it'll be white smoke.

You might have just lost the intake gasket if you're lucky. Drain your oil and see if water comes out first.
