I guess that would depend on how you're intending to configure it in the final application.
What other controller are you going to use on the engine?

I have a couple of these Buick motor sports modules(that could use a new home).Also some related items that came with it in a kit.Wire harness,coil pack
I think these units did not use a cam sensor,the crank sensor did it all.
As Art said the Buick motorsports manual talks about them.

Yes, it was kind of a stand alone system, that didn't use a cam sensor. But it has to be used as a complete kit. Module, coil pack (the one designed to be used with it) that has the timing knobs etc. right on it. Also harnesses, and a special crank sensor (no ours wont work) that is a dual unit.
