I only found the regular price...where is christmas special?

I found it under the vendor specials section here. He has a package deal sale with the core support bushings, frame bushings and new bolts for 289. Basically like getting the bolt kit for free.

Edit. Didn't see the post above. Woops. No coffee yet lol

I used all of my old bolts. They were in perfect shape. I'd want to make sure that replacement bolts are as strong as stockers.

The "GNX" bushing just drops in the hole. No bolt.

I'm all for taking bushings out for a soft ride, but I'll bet that brings on body flex and rattles.

The worse thing I ever did as far as making a harsh ride was installing Bilstein shocks on the front. I have them on CL now for $50. About 500 miles on them. Might just as well weld a steel bar in place of the shock.

I do see a lot of posts where people are unhappy for losing the 'Buick ride' with poly bushings. Personally I like my poly body bushings and poly suspension bushings. I guess I like my machinery to feel like a solid block instead of a blob.

Maybe if #3 location and the #5 location were left out,the "Buick ride" would be the same. I only had the upper parts of location 3 in mine from the factory. The bolt was bottomed out in it's threads, but there was nothing under the bolt head. ...both left and right sides. I believe all the Regals were like that.

My front fenders and core support seemed to bounce up when I hit a big bump. Not anymore.

I made sure I put every bushing and reinforcement that I could. ...being it's a t-top car.

I was missing bushings in mine but the bolts where tightened against a spacer so they could be torqued. The frame could bow in one direction but hit soft rubber in the other. With the bushings on top and bottom, obviously that was eliminated.

I guess it's from driving a TVR as a daily, and roadracing GP motorcycles, a 'stiff' buick GN was still pretty soft to me.

It's all perspective.
