Body panel gap

What should the body panel gap be? Are they consistent between all the panels?

No way, bushing sag and variations make it almost impossible to get everything even. These old cars where not built to close panel gaps as todays cars are. Takes a lot of time playing with shims to get them decent but it is possible.

Is there a measurement I should start with?

Not that I am aware of. All three of mine are different. Some panels fit better than others.
