Looking for any bolt on parts that would work for my BONE stock 87 GN

any good advice for upgrades would help also...stuff that works and stuff that doesnt

thanks
Jeff

Do what Guy said......PLUS,

A cat back exhaust with a test pipe, a scanmaster, and a knock sensor. :)

Too bad about the Tornado! :D

girls private parts are better :p :D in some scenarios...gotta pay more than just a dollar, gotta pay more just to maintain the flow. ;)

Guy's got the right idea. my 1st actual mod was kyb shocks and rear seat frame brace a cone intake new plugs and plug wires. buy an aftermarket boost guage too. the stocker sucks arse. just to give an idea, the LED read 15psi full across when my autometer guage read, 10psi  if the rubber vac lines are hard and cracking, change it out for new silicon ones. from what a lot of people say, it makes tuning easier later on.

start with the flux capacitor first. time travel is impossible without it.:D

Yep, but there's major lag because it doesn't kick in till you hit 88mph.:D Looks like a TC with a major stall will be required. :D

I'll 2nd the flux thingy.....

Anyways getting back to the main topic. What has been done to it yet to start this off.

Gokada....

So its something like this, WBO2 showing 14.1, then injector pulse width increase due to correction of 10% of O2, thus bring VE to 100+, meanwhile ignition slew rate rev limiter which will limit the acceleration of the engine based on a setting dialed into the unit by way of a laptop computer will help accelerate the vehicle under a tire shake, while bruno/liberty is being shifted via air solenoids by preprogramed rpm triggers, and shock travel is being monitored through racepak v-net system, all this that gets the car down the track in the 9's...thanks to the "FLUX CAPACITOR INDUCE TORNADO" connected to the oil cooled muffler/turbo bearing, bypassing the downpipe and through the heater core, thus elimnating coolant lines and makes change valve covers a breeze!!

So where can i get my flux capacitor inducing tornado??!!!:D

I think he already hit his head on the sink.:D If he hasn't, then I recommend that he do so. :D

And don't forget to put the toilet seat down :p

What's the mileage? If its over 160K i'll do a timming chain replacement and new valve springs.

Just do the spring cleaning on gnttype.org. Or if these are not done it should be highly reccomend to do....

New fuel pump and filter preferbally a Walbro 307 or 340
GM Gas filter
A good adjustable fuel pressure regulator or a Bosch 237 with a fuel pressure guage on the fuel rail
A/C delco CR43TS spark plugs and wires
Oil change synthetic? (with a A/C delco PF-52 filter) and tranny oil change
And a Scanmaster

Also might be a good idea to add some Xylene to the gas to clean out the injectors.

You forgot to put the thingamajig and put it in the watchamacall, and put the doomahicky into the.....and don't forget to energize the dilythiam crystals. "Captian i'm giving her all I got! Any more and she'll fall apart!"... Nah, putting down the Blockbuster card and turning off the DVD, you gotta really start with a good thorough tune up. Change the plugs, wires, fluids, and filters. Examine your fluids and check for foreign materials. For example, drop your trans oil and check its color. Is it dark brown with a burnt odor? Is there metal particals in the pan? Do the same with your rear end and engine oils. Don't over look the cooling and charging system too. Make sure you have adequate, clean coolant and that nothing obstructs the radiator. The alternator needs to be charging around 14 vdc. Make sure the battery is clean and operting correctly. Finally, make sure to examine your brakes and replace any worn components before making a 1/4 mile pass. Addressing the basics will give you a safe base line of were your TR is and from there you can decide were you need to go. Yup! no sense asking KITT for the "Turbo Boost" if the tranny is on its last leg. Just my 2 cents.
