Boost issue, Please HELP

I recently added an Ais alky kit and cannot get my turbo to give me more than 18lbs. I have an adjustustable actuator which is maxed out and a Haulman bc... Out of ideas. it holds steady boost so I dont think there is any vacuum leaks. Ideally would like to be around 23psi. Any info is appreciated

How far do you have to stretch the wastegate rod to get it on the clapper arm? Have you welded up the crack in the drivers side header yet?

Dude I am a dumb ass... I had the light spring in my hbc. Sorry to waste your time fellas

Replaced the header and it sounds healthy now.. no more exhaust leak
