Bosch 044 Fitting, Stainless and Aluminum, 12mm to 5/16th

Here is the fitting I had custom made so we can drop the 044 in our fuel tanks. The fitting is 12mm x 1.5 to 5/16th. It has a machined lip on the end for a better grab on the hose.

I'm currently running it in my GN and it's the easiest way to get the 044 in our tanks.

Stainless Fitting = $37 shipped
Aluminum Fitting = Not sure, will look into pricing if enough want it.

I need around 10 orders to get the program up and running again for the pricing above as my one off was a hook up at $50.

FWIW, if you're running E85 you need the stainless fitting. I have a thread about what E85 does to aluminum fittings. :frown:

He thought it would take a week to two weeks tops so I'll keep you all in the loop and when they're just about done and I have to pay him, I'll have you guys hit me up with a paypal to

Wanted to update everyone, the CNC shop is doing the fittings as a side job and it's been pushed to Friday now. I can only be so pushy since I didn't pay for a setup fee or tech fee on getting the program all dialed up and in the machines.

I got a call late Friday from the shop, all 10 are done and ready for pickup on Monday.

I'll be shipping out all 5 that were prepaid Monday via USPS Priority.

I picked up 10 Stainless Fittings today and shipped out my orders.

I have 5 available for anyone interested. I'll be doing one on Ebay to get the word out but I'll make sure to keep the GN members high on the list.

For those that are curious, the fitting is now 8mm OD (a hair wider than 5/16th) and the tubing is a hair taller than 5/8th with a bigger flare at the top.
This way if you use a 3/8th hose you have no worries of it not fitting snug with the connector.
