Picked it up today, and I think I got a great deal. 2002 Z28, loaded, and has 33,000 miles. Clean with zero flaws and ran 10.85 with a 125 shot, ran 11.50 on motor. 1.70 short times on both runs, car has cut 1.5x before, so theres a little left in it. Paid $13,950 with a spare set of rims and slicks. Its got ported heads, big cam, and various bolt ons and fuel system upgrades. The only bad part is the stock rear end. It has a built automatic with a good convertor, and looks 100% stock outside and in. Never been trailered (till today) and was driven 120 miles to the track, ran high 10's, and driven home all on ET streets.

My collection is becoming complete!

Heres the turbo mustang, that used to look stock. The camaro trapped 127 in the 1/4, the mustang 125. The mustang is the official "from a roll" car.:D

Sam's car lot

Congrats on your collection and btw what are you lacking to make it complete?

Steve:cool:

I was being sarcastic Steve:D

Actually, I'd like an ImpalaSS, a Supra, another 3rd gen F body, a TTA, and one of anything else ever made. Not much really......

Actually, come summer I think the mustang might go up for sale, its just too much stuff with not enough room. Plus the $8K would go far on the camaro!

gotta ditch that 10 bolt! that thing is about as strong as a glass swizzle stick.

10 sec ls1's are fun!!!

Oh, where was I? What does the GN run???

Its faster than the mustang but slower than the Z. The GN has only been to the track once with the new motor, and it was a wasted day as it was broke which I did not realize until too late. I did run 11.61 @120 with the old motor, and the new setup should run mid 10's easy, if I could tune it better. So far it went 11.90 coasting the last 1/8 mile. Frankly I'm sorry I modified it, it was more fun when it ran low 13's stock. I might still "unmodify" it, since my other cars are so much cheaper to build/ race.

I have to say I feel pretty lucky to have all this stuff. I'm only 27 and we just had a baby boy a few weeks ago. The fiance pretty much tells me to buy whatever I want, since she trusts my judgement. It was hard to say no to the 700 horse 04 Cobra she told me to buy last week though! $37K is out of my budget, especially considering I like to have a little money to play with the cars with.

If you do decide to detune your GN I will buy your GN1's off ya, or swap with some cash for a beautiful set of Champion racing ported irons.;)

I have a 1994 Twin Turbo auto supra red on tan with lots of bolt on's I will sell you. It has been 12.20's at 122. I also have a 1995 Impala ss, black on grey leather with hooker headers, cold air intake, chip, and flowmasters. on a set of 18 in. american racings that can be purchased. Hell, for the right money I'd even sell you my stage powered GN, but it's broke at the moment:o Let me know if you would like help completing your collection. Drew
