I meant to post this last night, but tonight, Tuesday at 8p central there is a show called Doublehaulin'. It must be a Overhaulin' spinoff, and the shop that did my trans will be doing the trans on the '68 Chevelle. Hope it is a decent show. The shop website is:

Hey Tim, they have been doing the trans work for Overhaulin' for a long time now, just a FYI. Hows it goin'?

Mark is knee deep in all the custom guys - Foose, Trepanier, I think he's even done some for Coddington as well...He's even doing some Government work (Hummers).

Marks come a long way since I first met & started using him (like 10 years ago now...)

I wish him all the luck - as you guys know, he's a good guy who's trying to run a good honest business...I wish there was more like him.

Yeah, few people can have experiences like I have had with Mark and still say he is awesome. He's one of the most honest and talented guys out there.

I knew from his website that he did some custom stuff for show type cars, and that's good because they didn't even mention his business on that episode   I did recognize his business sticker on the trans case when they brought the crate in:p

An yes, to follow up on what zam and Sam said, he does put the effort forth to run an honest business, and you would be surprised when you met him. He is laid back, humble, and the tv stuff is not something he is anxious to do, although it's good for the business:D

If you look at the banners and stuff hanging on the shop walls on those shows theres usually a Bowler Transmission banner up there. Kinda cool. I'm sure some people are put off by his age, but being young(er) myself, I know its BS. Age has zero to do with ability. In fact, most of the work thats been done RIGHT on my car was done by someone under 30.

The unit he is building for the for the Chevelle is I think the one he just got a full roller assembly from us to install. Mark is a great guy and wish him well. It's good to see great people like Mark getting some recognition.

The mans customer service is remarkable. He once offered to drive 2 hours one way to adjust my TV cable for free a year after building my tranny. I just couldn't let him do it. He's one of those guys that actually cares, which is very rare these days.
