BQ vs. BR

hey, my tranmssion took another ****, i hate these things, ive been though at least 6 since ive owned the car. but anyways, a friend said he'd trade me a set of wheels for a BQ transmission (out of an '84 T-type)

i just want to put this transmission in to limp me along for a while.

so, what are the major differences between the two, and how much power can a BQ take.

Do a search, this has been covered many times, but I'm pretty sure the differences are pretty limited and minimal with the exception the larger servo on the BR. Change out the servo and I swear you won't know the difference.
