I asked for your help and the other mods on this site last year when Mike screwed me. You told me to PM Mike which I can post those PM attempts where he said what’s wrong with the box and I’ll give you a refund for the piece he didn’t send. I resold the AC box he sent me for a loss and waited for the refund he promised for the pillar and moved on

I Never ever brought this public and also nothing ever happened to make it right. I posted what happen to me the other day when I saw two other guys having the same issue. One seems to be a David Staines

Now you accused me of having two user names so I ask why am I being associated with David Staines publicly. Looking that name up he has posted on Mike seller post, NOT Me

As a admin / Owner I’m sure you have access to user names, email addresses and IP address to prove David Staines posts did not come from my IP,

Please revise you statement on my review page as David Staines is not me. Please look at my PMs on June 4th when I asked David Staines what happened with Mike and giving him my experience getting screwed by Mike.

I’m sure Mike has had a lot of great transactions mine wasn’t. I received a cracked AC / Heater box not the pictured box and I didn’t receive a the drivers pillar plastic and was promised a refund for it.

I get it things happen but I Never received the refund Mike said he was sending and he throws FUs around here like he is King Shit.
Like I said I had moved on and I won’t be sending any PMs to Mike so if Shane doesn’t see fit to do anything it will stay as is and the Scammer wins.

I’m sure the guys standing up for Mike would saying differently if they had several hundred dollars stolen from them.

However, In these two cases, the path of least resistance behooves you to maintain your great standing in the community.

This is all over, what, $400 in total?

Fix it Mike. Just fucking fix it. These guys WILL NOT relent. They've proven it. Doesn't matter if they are telling the absolute truth, are wrong, mistaken, ill informed and/or lying.

No one will think less of you, principles be damned. This crap needs to get finished. These guys are going to continually chase you relentlessly here. They have ABSOLUTELY nothing to loose, and you have a sterling reputation to uphold.

While I'm here I'm just a random sporadic posting Buick guy, bought from Mike about 5 times and received some really nice stuff as described, timely with no BS. He's been selling alot lately, maybe he got overwhelmed? It's been nice that he's been here so long offering us some top notch parts for sale but I'd be bitching too if I was on the wrong end of a "screeching seagull" of a deal so idk. I tend to lean towards something Grumpy said here years ago if u put something up for sale it oughta be in a box ready to ship beforehand.

IF what I am reading right Mike owes these two guys a refund. AM I WRONG? I like Mike as much as anyone but he has been acting like a vendor here for long as I can remember. If people have proof of payment for products they didn't receive that is a problem. Like Jay said, we MUCH RATHER you guys work it out. We don't want to have to get involved... Chuck & Shane have my Private PMs from last year and recently asking for direction and Mike’s refund PM again from last year and the PayPal dispute I tried. I think a year is probably enough time to try to work a dispute out with no response before posting here?

I paid a little over $324 ($180 + shipping) for cracked AC Box and no pillar plastic (not the box in his post) after Mike FU’d me I painted and advertised the box correctly and resold it for about half what I paid.

I’ve never asked for the difference I asked about the refund for a the part or the part itself I didn’t receive, apparently per Mike thats worth $25 as he said he would be refunding that amount. I Posted here when I saw two others members getting the same treatment I received.
I wish I hadn’t all the bitching isn’t worth the Money.

I’m not a new guy I’ve had several GNs and always one in the garage since 89 now rebuilding one from storage.
Mike was a weird welcome back to the community.

I'm not here to bash on anyone, a lot of people has had good purchases by Mike, but my advise to NEVER do Friends & Family, because even if everything's legit, and the post man messes up, you order blue and get red, there's no guarantee what so ever. Not to mention you have to pay a fee to send to Friends & Family. To send you pay 1.5% + .49 cents, if you do as purchase, you pay no fee's, but the seller looses 2.8% + .49 cents. So to send $450 I'll pay $457.19 , now if he wants me to pay the fee's I'll pay $463.54, sooooo I'll pay $6.35 more to insure I'm getting what I paid for. Unless you want to fight the seller for the fee's, which is against PayPal rules and regulations to charge more than advertised to cover fee's, or to ask for fee's to be paid by the buyer.

I agree, DON'T send Friends & Family...It's the same as sending cash in the mail, the only difference is , you have to pay an extra fee to send it.
