What would cause brake fluid to come out of the MC/resevoir when I power brake and try to build boost? Where could it be leaking? Thanks in advance!

because its over filled- and leaks from the cap

read the instructions on the black cap of the resivoir and then fill it up-

The seals that are between the reservoir and the aluminum body are usually the culprits. Problem is though, you can't get those things from anybody [that I've found]. Even the m/cyl rebuild kit from GM doesn't contain these rubbers. I ended up replacing my entire m/cyl assembly to rectify the leaks, $240 usd, exch at most any Car Parts.com location...some are even $199 exch.

Mine leaked when I pumped the brake to depressurize the system...it was the reservoir cap...over time the rubber gets old and doesn't seal anymore...as for the seals between the reservoir and MC if you're referring to the PM setup you can get them...they are sold under a Mopar part number but the seals are exactly the same...even have the same number on them...

All these problems are indative of an overfilled reservoir. The problem is the "inner" half (closest to the engine). Most folks mistakenly assume this side needs to be full also. The inner reservoir needs to me NO MORE than half full!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a matter of fact is should be slightly under half. There should be plenty of room for the extra fluid when you depressurize the system with the "key off, 15 brake applies" method.
