I am replacing my Front Rotors and brake
pads, I have the new rotors on no problems there. My problem is with the Caliper, How do i compress the caliper piston so the pads will slide home over the Rotor???? HELP !!! I tried pushing on the piston is won't seem to move at all and the new pads obviously are have alot more material on them when new. :D

I haven't done this on my Regal... but in the past I have used a big "c" clamp to compress the caliper piston when putting brakes on the front...

give it a whirl....

Yeah that worked , i tried a screw clamp i have for guitar making, hey it worked. okay next problem What do i torque the big nut with the Cotter pin that preloads the wheel bearings and holds the rotor on ? Help . Just snug it up or do i have to torgue it to a ft-Lb setting ????

that nut is not tight.. Hand tighten and 1/8th of a turn with a wrench and lock with a cotter pin..
