I just have a quick question about my powermaster. When I push the brake pedal quickly the brake light will come on for a split second than go off. If I press the pedal slowly the light won’t come on. The pump motor is running correctly and the car feels normal when I brake. If it was not for the flash of the brake light I would not think to have an issue. I looked at the troubleshooting manual and did not see a reference for this issue. Thanks for any help.

That's usually and indicator that the accumulator charge is starting to get weaker. Time to think about a new accumulator.

I would say the accumulator as well, the frequency of the light will gradually increase as well.

Guess that make senses…..it is the only thing I have not had to replace on this unit. Thanks for the help guys! I will start hunting one.

Definitely the accumulator ball. Do you feel the pedal vibrate as well?
